## Terms of service

## Trial

A new account gets 14 days of free access to the chosen modules. After that, modules without a subscription switch off. After 30 days without a subscription we delete the account and its data.

## Subscription and payment

You pay per module per month, in advance, excluding 21% VAT. The first payment goes through iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact; after that we collect monthly by direct debit. A failed payment can be made within 7 days, after that the modules concerned switch off.

## Cancelling

You cancel per module. The module keeps working until the end of the paid month.

## Use

You use the platform only for your own business and comply with the law, including the GDPR and the Dutch Telecommunications Act.

## Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the damage.
