Do I pay per lookup?
No. Searching is unlimited, and each month includes 2,000 company profile lookups and VAT checks. We let you know when you get close.
Does it work for Belgian companies?
VAT numbers from every EU country are checked at VIES. Looking up company details currently works for Dutch companies in the trade register only.
What if VIES is down?
Then we show that the number could not be checked right now and the visitor can carry on. We never mark a number invalid because of an outage.
What about privacy?
We only send the entered company name, KVK number or VAT number to the KVK or VIES. We keep the lookup for 90 days, without any data about the visitor. KVK and VIES are listed in the data processing agreement.
