The issue lands in your tracker and Discord or Slack gives you a ping. The reporter hears automatically once it is fixed.
Technical context included
URL, browser, screen size and console errors come with every report. No need to ask for them anymore.

Questions
Does my customer need an account?
No. Your customer clicks, draws and sends. It is that easy.
Does it slow down my site?
No. The script only loads on the first click on Feedback, so your visitors will not notice a thing.
Where are the screenshots stored?
On our servers in Germany, safely within the EU. By default they are deleted automatically after 90 days, and you choose per project how long to keep them.
What if I go over the limit?
No worries, everything keeps working. Only new reports pause until next month, or until you upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate, with the difference credited. Downgrading starts after the current period.
How is this different from Marker.io?
We charge per project instead of per user, so you pay for your projects, not for the size of your team. We also have our own Statamic addon and Shopify app embed.
